Store Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Money Orders, Checks and Most Major Credit Cards Via Paypal.

Shipping Policies: 

Most orders ship within 3-5 Business days.  The time it takes for your purchase to arrive will depend on the distance that it must travel to get to your location. Please make sure that you have provided us with the correct and deliverable U.S. Mailing Address.

We will attempt to combine shipping cost for all orders whenever possible.  We are happy to pass this savings on to our customers because we want your business again and again.  Any overpayment for shipping will be refunded to our customers.  

Express Delivery.

If you need to have your item shipped Express Delivery, please e-mail us your zip-code for a quote.  PLEASANTVILLEMERCHANDISE@COMCAST.NET

We will notify you immediately if your item is out of stock or has been discontinued. In most cases if the item is listed on our website, it is available for immediate shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly, out of stock or discontinued.

All orders must be returned in original new condition and the original packaging.  All return orders must be insured with the return courier.  Orders that are damaged during return shipping without being insured cannot be refunded. When e-mailing us concerning a returning order, we ask that you please provide an explanation.  We ask for an explanation, so that we may correct any future problems with this particular item.

Return Policy:

If you would like to return an item you must e-mail us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 7 days. Items must be returned in the original packaging it was received in. Items must be insured and have a tracking number when returning. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. 

Since pottery is hand made and hand painted items may not be returned because they are not an exact match. 

Damaged Shipments.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. If an item is damaged in shipment, you must file a claim with the shipper.  We will assist customers with filing a claim.

Out of Stock Items. 

Our web site is updated weekly.  If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, which does not normally happen, we will notify you within 48 hours and provide you with a full refund within 48 hours.  In addition, we will give you a $5.00 Gift Certificate for any future order.
