What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and
(Verified Pay-pal).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Crystal Gifts: As soon as we receive your payment we will process your shipment. Most crystal orders are shipped the next business day. You should expect your shipment to arrive within 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. Please make sure that you have provided us with a correct and deliverable U.S. Mailing Address.
Porcelain Gifts: All porcelain products normally ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). The time it takes for your purchase to arrive will depend on the distance that it must travel to get to your location. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time. Please make sure that you have provided us with the correct and deliverable U.S. Mailing Address.
Can you combine the shipment of Crystal and Porcelain items?
All Crystal gifts ship free out of the State of Florida.
Since our Porcelain gifts are shipped out of our warehouse in the State of Maryland
We are not able to combine the two shipments.
Can you combine the shipment of Porcelain Gifts to save me shipping cost?
Absolutely, whenever possible we will combine your purchases. Items purchased on the
same order will be placed in the same shipping container/box when possible. Sometimes items must be shipped separately due to the fragileness of those items. Normally customers save an average of $4.00 per item when shipments are combined.
How will I receive my credit for my shipping cost?
We are not able to know what your shipping charges will be until your order is securely packaged and ready to ship. As soon as your order is completely packaged, we will credit your account with the shipment savings. Customer accounts are normally credited within 48 hours.
